Though he’s only suited up for two game thus far, Baltimore Ravens wide receiver John Brown is already paying dividends after the team brought him in as a free agent addition this offseason.

Brown and Ravens quarterback Joe Flacco connected for a picture-perfect 21-yard touchdown catch and throw early in the fourth quarter. Flacco has looked Brown’s way many times tonight, and the two linked up when it mattered the most. With the Ravens trailing the Cincinnati Bengals 28-17 at the time, the score couldn’t have come at a more opportune time, and gave the Baltimore team life heading into game’s final stretch.
After adding in his totals from the season opener, Brown now has seven receptions on fourteen targets for 136 yards. He also scored in last week’s game against the Bills, as he posted a 7-yard touchdown in that contest. Brown is now the Ravens’ leading receiver in the categories of receiving yards and touchdowns.
