The Miami Dolphins have officially locked up pending free agent wide receiver Jarvis Landry. Using the franchise tag, the Dolphins made sure Landry wasn’t going to hit the free agent market, though at a one-year cost of around $16 million. With Landry now not an option and the Baltimore Ravens desperately needing a wide receiver, the focus turns elsewhere.
I took a look around the rest of the league to see which wide receivers could be potential targets for the Ravens.
With Landry under the franchise tag, all eyes are on Robinson. Even though he tore an ACL last season, he’s easily the top option in free agency. That is unless the Jaguars tag him, which seems to be a good possibility.
Even if Robinson isn’t tagged, he’s going to get offers flying at him left and right. That’s thanks to the potential he’s shown in a rather dismal Jacksonville offense.
Counting out 2017, Robinson has caught 201 passes for 2,831 yards and 22 touchdowns over three years — in just 40 games. In 2015, he had 1,400 yards and a league-leading 14 touchdown...
