Jacksonville Jaguars cornerback Jalen Ramsey has shown fans time after time that there isn’t much he can’t do athletically, and it appears he may be looking to collaborate with the NHL to prove that point. After telling ESPN’s Mina Kimes he could potentially crack an NHL roster, the third-year corner released a video of him beginning the process to find some new hockey gear to train in via Uninterrupted’s official Twitter account.
It’s anybody’s guess as to what kind of collaboration Ramsey is planning, but based off the Tweet above and one Ramsey put out earlier, he may be looking to train with P.K. Subban of the Nashville Predators, but ultimately time will tell.
Ramsey’s comments in ESPN ruffled the feathers of some in the NHL as a lot of the league’s players felt his comments came off as disrespectful. Of course, that wasn’t Ramsey’s intentions as he simply was telling Kimes that he believes in his abilities.
I mean, after all, he is already sponsored by Jordan Brand, so why not try and prove he can be a two-sport athlete like his idol....
