A day following their preseason finale, the Washington Wizards made room on their roster.

On Saturday, the team announced the release of forward Lavoy Allen as well as guards Chris Chiozza, Tiwian Kendley and Chasson Randle. The Wizards now have 14 players on the main roster, one below the league maximum. That does not include Devin Robinson and Jordan McRae, who are on two-way contracts and will spend the majority of the season with the G League affiliate, Capital City Go-Go.

The four waived players will also move on to the Go-Go.

Allen, who appeared in one preseason game, was acquired by the G League team through the expansion draft. On Friday night during the Wizards' 140-111 win over the Guangzhou Long-Lions, Allen scored 10 points (4 of 6 from the field) and grabbed five rebounds.

The trio of Chiozza, Kendley and Randle signed Exhibit 10 contracts and each can receive up to a $50,000 bonus if they sign and play at least 60 days with the Go-Go.
