RICHMOND—Just when all practices (and, ahem, practice reports) were starting to look alike, here come the Jets. They will be practicing with the Redskins today, Monday and Tuesday. We don’t expect live tackling for the most part but there should be some good hitting and fierce competition. We’ll be updating this blog live from the sidelines at the Bon Secours training center for leave a browser tab open and refresh frequently.

—The weather is typical summertime Richmond. Copy and paste from the other afternoon practice reports. Hopefully, the iPad will hold out and not overheat.

—It was noted here that nearly every expected starter participated in yesterday’s non-padded 11 on 11. Gruden said that who is out there against the Jets today will be determined on a case by case basis. In other words, not all will participate in 11 on 11 but there seems to be a good chance that most of them will participate in some part of today’s proceedings.
