Kevin Knox is an impressive talent who boasts prototypical physical measurements, but it’s something else that makes the New York Knicks rookie special.
Kevin Knox has taken Summer League by storm, and New York Knicks fans are inevitably and understandably thrilled to see it happen. Knox began Summer League by producing highlight reel finishes from above the rim, and recently captured attention with his shooting touch.
Fresh off of his best game yet, Knox produced a quote that spoke even louder than his Summer League average of 23.3 points per game.
Knox has scored at least 19 points in each of his three Summer League appearances thus far. That includes a 29-point eruption against the Los Angeles Lakers, during which he overcame an 0-of-6 start to shoot 9-of-16 from the field the rest of the way.
According to Marc Berman of The New York Post, Knox explained what he does once Summer League games conclude—and, in the process, added a new layer to his appeal.
