We knew Giovani Bernard and Billy Price still needed multiple weeks on the shelf. Tyler Kroft clearly wasn’t going to be ready after the team signed a new tight end.
Ross and Jackson are unexpected classifications though. It sounds precautionary with Jackson, who will need to chase Antonio Brown around again.
Ross, though, might be a scratch if the issue he re-injured a few weeks ago keeps nagging him in warmups. Cincinnati painfully missed his field-spacing speed a week ago.
