The New England Patriots blew a huge halftime lead to the Kansas City Chiefs, but mounted a comeback in the fourth quarter to defeat the Chiefs with a last-second field goal from Stephen Gostkowski. The final score was Patriots 43, Chiefs 40.

Brady finished the day completing 24 of 35 passes (68.6%) for 340 yards and a touchdown, while adding another 4-yard touchdown run. He led the game-winning drive in the fourth quarter and New England didn’t punt all day. Only one drive ended on the Patriots side of the field and six made it to the red zone. The Patriots offense was unstoppable all day.
But he wasn’t perfect. Brady made a bone-headed decision to hold on to the football on third down and allowed the pressure to close in and the Chiefs forced and recovered the fumble on the Patriots 29-yard line. That was bad.
Brady also missed a few open targets, including one weird pass by the goal line where he threw it a mile wide of Julian Edelman because he made a last-second decision to throw in a different direction. Weird move,...
