Denver Broncos star pass rusher Von Miller stumbled upon a goldmine when he started his pass rush summit almost six years ago. Miller, DeMarcus Ware Aaron Donald, and others have exchanged pass rush tips together for a few years now, and now offensive linemen across the NFL are doing the same.

Eagles star right tackle Lane Johnson and his former college offensive line coach Duke Mayweather have started an offensive line summit of their own to combat the pass rushers.

Titled the Offensive Line Masterminds Conference, Johson and a host of fellow NFL and collegiate offensive linemen have come together to help combat the onslaught of pass rush phenomenons in the NFL for a second straight year.

While explaining the process, Johnson told Les Bowen of the Inquirer.com, that guys really don’t know the true nuances of playing offensive line.

“I feel like there’s not a whole lot of education on how the o-line is played,” Johnson said. “Really, I just want to get the guys together and kind of get a voice behind the o-line position, because I feel like there’s never been one. It’s just always been, ‘Bring your lunch pail and keep your mouth shut.’...
