There is just one week remaining until the 2018 NBA Draft, when 30 teams will have a chance to select a new player to sign to their roster in hopes of finding a positive contributor in their quest to secure a championship banner.
While some teams may have lots of picks (Philadelphia) and some may not have any (Miami, Toronto), the draft is a huge moment for every franchise. Picks and players can be traded, with teams moving up or down the board to accomplish their franchise goals.
To create the most entertaining mock draft on the Internet, I’ve collaborated with 27 individuals, well-versed in basketball, to create a mock draft where the GMs aren’t just picking players, they’re executing trades as well. The more preposterous the trades the better; some years there have been complete roster overhaul, other years, a more conservative spirit exists.
