The upcoming preseason for the Denver Nuggets is getting closer and closer.

The Denver Nuggets will be taking the court before you know it. We are only 14 days away from the team returning to action as they will travel to Staples Center to take on the Los Angeles Lakers.

This preseason is going to be key for the Nuggets for a few different reasons. It will help gauge how the young talent who doesn’t get a ton of minutes is progressing (guys like Malik Beasley, Juancho Hernangomez, Monte Morris and the rookies in Jarred Vanderbilt and Thomas Welsh), and show how well Paul Millsap is able to re-integrate himself after a season where he missed 44 games due to injury.
