The last Chicago Bulls preseason game is finally here.
Tonight the Bulls will play their fifth preseason game at the United Center against the Nuggets. Bulls will try to finish the preseason with a game above a .500 record.
The Bulls are coming off a really good preseason win against the Indiana Pacers. The team played with a lot of energy which was missing the second and third preseason game.
Head coach Fred Hoiberg decided to start Wendell Carter Jr and Bobby Portis against the Pacers. That decision payed off because a big reason why the Bulls won their fourth preseason game was because of those two players.
Zach LaVine has looked really good so far. He is averaging 19.3 points in 23.2 minutes over the four preseason games. He has looked explosive on offense and looks like a player that’s playing with a lot of confidence.
Coming into the season, defense was LaVine’s biggest weakness but so far he has been active on the defensive side.
Bobby Portis continues to show the Chicago Bulls that he’s worth a contract extension. October 15th is the deadline for the Bulls to sign Bobby to a deal, so it should be interesting to see if anything will get...
