Injuries are forcing a roster shuffle for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers as they prepare for their Week 6 showdown against the Atlanta Falcons.
Veteran cornerback Marcus Williams is being placed on injured reserve, and the Bucs are replacing him on the roster with a familiar face in wide receiver Freddie Martino:
Martino gives the Bucs valuable special teams help, both on coverage teams and potentially in the return game.
With starter Carlton Davis listed as questionable for Sunday’s game, the loss of Williams could leave the Bucs thinner than usual at corner.
