A look at WR Marcus Johnson, Seattle's return for Michael Bennett

The Seattle Seahawks are prepared to move on from veteran defensive lineman Michael Bennett and have agreed to trade him to the Philadelphia Eagles, along with a seventh-round pick, in exchange for a fifth-round selection and receiver Marcus Johnson.

While the trade has not been confirmed by either club (and will not be until March 14, when the new league year starts) Bennett has already created a lengthy Instagram post thanking the Seahawks organization and the 12’s for his time in Seattle.

However, he is not the only player looking to social media to thank his former team. Johnson, who is headed to Seattle via the trade, took to Twitter to thank the Eagles for his time spent with the club.
