The Washington Redskins are getting ready to take on the Carolina Panthers in NFL Week 6. Here’s our bold predictions for the game.

This is a critical week for the Washington Redskins. With a win, they can stay ahead in the NFC East by a half a game. A win means that they will stay over .500 and will have a chance to make life difficult for the Cowboys in Week 7. With a loss, there will be more questions about this team than answers even as they look to compete in a weaker division.

That said, the Panthers are far from a pushover. The 3-1 team is coming off a narrow victory over the Giants and they should be motivated to perform better after what was a largely disappointing effort against New York. Of course, they’re also getting one of their better defensive players, linebacker Thomas Davis, back from suspension, and Greg Olsen looks primed to return on offense. That’s going to make them even stronger as they look to keep pace with the Saints in the solid NFC...
