3 offensive linemen the Texans should look at drafting

After allowing Deshaun Watson to get sacked 62 times this past season, it’s quite evident that the obvious position that the Houston Texans might want to beef up, is the offensive line.

Although Watson is one of the NFL’s most athletic quarterbacks, not too long ago he dealt with an ACL injury, so improving the offensive line is key if the Texans want to improve upon last season and keep their franchise quarterback healthy.

So while things seem to be unfolding in Houston after losing key players to free agency, here are three linemen Texans should think about drafting.

A huge guy out of Oklahoma, at 6-4, 338 pounds, Ford protected Baker Mayfield in his last season. His body is a bit intimidating against opponents and his ability at being a play-maker is what makes him a special athlete in this upcoming draft. He’s a guy who possibly will still be available once Texans arrive on the clock with the 23th draft pick.
