With the start of free agency in March, we’ll be looking over the Baltimore Ravens’ list of pending free agents. We’ll go over each one with a fine-tooth comb and figure out what they represent to the team, and more importantly, what their value on the open market will be.
He might not be one of the biggest names on the team, but Baltimore will still have to make a decision about whether to bring Ryan Mallett back in 2018, or find someone else to sit behind Joe Flacco.
Let’s take a look at Mallett to get an idea of what might happen.

Like with most other years during the Flacco era, the Ravens didn’t need to call on their back-up quarterback too much in 2017, which means that Mallett spent most of the season on the bench.
