We’ve finally made it to the end of the 2017 NFL season, as Super Bowl LII will be played between the New England Patriots and the Philadelphia Eagles at U.S. Bank Stadium in Minneapolis at 3:30 p.m. PT, 6:30 p.m. ET. It’s Super Bowl Sunday and this is the Black Hole Roll Call.
The Oakland Raiders are obviously not playing in the Super Bowl, but are certainly sorting some things out before they begin the 2018 NFL offseason. Head coach Jon Gruden must realize what players on his roster need to go or were underutilized by the previous coaching regime. Could the Silver and Black get a boost out of fullback Jamize Olawale in 2018?
Apparently it’s not just wide receiver Michael Crabtree and running back Marshawn Lynch that were locker room distractions for the 2017 Raiders. Supposedly tight end Jared Cook was an issue, albeit to a lesser extent than the other two skill position players.
