J.J. Watt took part in what’s become a time-honored tradition of reading scouting reports from before he became the star of the Houston Texans — and unsurprisingly, he’s getting the last laugh.
One scout, for example, basically called him stupid as Dan Patrick helpfully pointed out. The report:
“His recognition skills leave something to be desired.”
There were more that, in hindsight of course, were just laughable.
“He needs to gain some weight to fill out and to continue to learn how to use his hands effectively,” one scout wrote.
