Florida DB Jalen Tabor calls college football 'modern slavery' after SEC revenue reports

Florida defensive back Jalen Tabor had some interesting comments following Tuesday’s USA Today report that the SEC posted revenue of $527.4 million during the first year of the SEC Network.

College football players getting paid has become even more of a hot topic as of late, and figures like this may raise questions. The number is staggering, to say the least, but Tabor’s comments will likely cause even more of a stir.

Whether you agree with Tabor or not, it’s probably best to avoid social media when venting. Tabor’s teammate also took to social media with his opinion on the matter in a since-deleted Instagram post
