2018 NFL Draft: Raiders go defense, protect Carr in 4-round mock

Super Bowl LII had to leave Raiders fans with a smile after Patriots quarterback Tom Brady not only suffered another loss in the Super Bowl, it came at the hands of a backup QB. Brady also confirmed how petty he can be once again by leaving the field rapidly without shaking Eagles quarterback Nick Foles’ hand.

With the 2017 season officially over, it’s time to focus on the 2018 NFL draft and how to build out Oakland’s roster in the most prudent way possible. Below is a four-round mock draft that fortifies areas of need for the Raiders.

Note: The below draft order are projections based on the final record of Oakland with the only thing not accounted for being tied teams. The final draft order will be set after the 2018 NFL Scouting Combine.
